Pics of campus...from a helicopter

I had a unique opportunity yesterday to ride along with the AnMed Health LifeFlight crew. I am one of the chief residents at AnMed, and I have been doing an EMS elective rotation.
Yesterday I was with LifeFlight. We got a call for a man who poured gasoline on himself and set himself on fire near the power plant on keowee. We actually landed at the power plant and were taking him Augusta Burn Center when he coded in the chopper. We had to divert back to AnMed, where the patient eventually passed away. Very sad story.
however, we flew directly over campus. I barely realized because I was watching the flight crew care for the patient (as a rider, I had no responsibilities). I happened to look down and saw Littlejohn, so I quickly pulled my phone out and snapped some pics.
This is the third time I've flown over campus. The first time was in college at night with two buddies in the flight club. One is now a pilot in the Marines, and the other is a helicopter pilot with the US Army.

Used that last one for my lock screen background on my phone 
Looking at that photo, you would think there's no room for parking on gameday. The trees in Lot 5 look like bushes that take up the majority of the lot. I guess there's a reason they have so much parking in the grass, to avoid so many terrible looking parking lots!

What a beautiful site. This has to be one of the best campus atmospheres in the country. The lake, the large stadium on campus the trees, etc what a special place.
