I had to turn off Deptula yesterday...I am still convinced that guy is an SEC homer through and through.
I can normally deal with Plyler, but this mornings dribble was gross...it's way to biased towards teams that aren't Clemson so much and no one on that station shows any respect for others' opinions.

The Snore is dead on. Mickey and Thomas are about as exciting as paint drying. Walt is obnoxious and arrogant but I would still give him the morning show.

I like Plyler and Philpott. Qualcks sidekick now is terrible. Much better when Dutch was on it with him.

pretty much on the air in Cooterville. Only Clemson Sports Talk in the evenings even makes it bearable. Rejoice for what you have!

get to that point on I-26 near Newberry /Clinton when you could finally start picking up WCCP after surviving gamecock airwaves.........I'd love to listen to a Clemson radio show in Charleston....perhaps one of these days.....

Philpot is my favorite, followed by Mickey. Walt is too arrogant and his unnecessary dribble with Ramona is irritating. Seems we only get about 10 minutes of sports talk every hour on Walt's show. Only get to listen to Roy on Friday's but generally enjoy his and Ben's show the best.

I listen to Mickey in the mornings for my commute, he is decent...sometimes the win game or power rankings get old...but generally I like his show. I do not listen to Quawk or Phil because it is blocked at work and Walk, been three years since I tuned him out. I had to resort to listening to 102.9... that how bad he is. I am actually surprised he is still on the air... some one must like him.

Listen to Swanny from 6-8 P.M. Get the iHeartRadio app and look up Fox Sports 1400 if you're not in the midlands. He also makes podcasts of his show and posts them every day, so you can listen whenever.
Swanny does a great job. He's a good alternative.

between commercials and in-show advertisements you get like 20 minutes of sports per hour (more like 5 during Deptula's show).
I flip to the station every now and then to see if they're talking about anything interesting, but as soon as I hear an ad I switch to music or NPR because I know they won't be back for at least 10 minutes.

Not Philpott and Quawk, but I was excited to listen to the FLAGSHIP coming in Clemson the other night, and Walt was on. I listened to 10 minutes, and turned it back on Sirius. And listed to Mark Packer instead. I guess I do not miss my local radio anymore, so for that, I thank Mr Deptula.
