He think he'll do the position justice.

he has big shoes to fill at that position. Aleen was great. No reason Ford can't be but he is following one of our best TE's in a long time

receiving yes, without a doubt. but allen was the rare te that excelled at both receiving and blocking. if ford can block as well as d a, we'll be in great shape. with the inexperience of our o-line, i know that the te will be called on to help out,at least a chip and release into the route. ford came in as an wr, so i don't expect many lb's will be able to keep up with him. he will be able to put up some huge numbers.

You guys think Batson may be changing his routine a little after Venables and Morris tag teamed him?

I heard Batson held his own.....it was mostly Morris in the scrum, as Venables dropped off into the background, and basically just egged Morris on alone....

(and division) last year. i've seen him a couple times this offseason and he looks beastly. gonna be a great threat to go along with our wr's. his blocking is where he needs improvement.

We buried my father, a lifelong Clemson fan, that day. Brandon sent a message to our family that he was playing the game in honor of my dad. That is something that I will never forget and it made the pain of that day, just a little easier to bear. He is an incredible young man and will be a great ambassador for the university.

He's been lighting up the scoreboard on NCAA 2013. Watkins & Hopkins are getting all the attention. So, Ford is getting covered by a LB. it's not even fair. LOL...

This is something I think folks are overlooking....

With the WR talent we've got, and linebackers needing to play up close with the pistol, a few games are all that the coaches will need to get a feel for what defenses will give Ford.
My bet is no one will cover him tight enough to deny the pass, and he's going to plain flatten folks who get in his way after that.

Clemson may be quietly building a great tradition in TEs - from Palmer, Allen and now Ford.
