All lots adjacent to Cardinal Stadium are prepaid reserved parking for University of Louisville season ticket holders.

One of the best options is to park at the Kentucky Exposition Center. (KEC). To avoid traffic to the prepaid lots, those parking at the KEC should access Gate 1 of the fairgrounds off the Watterson Expressway (I-264). Follow Ring Road to the right and park in the lots north of old Cardinal Stadium, then walk across Crittenden Drive and down Central Avenue to Cardinal Stadium. Parking at the KEC is $8. Conflicting events at the KEC may impact parking availability there. There is also substantial surface parking west of the stadium across the railroad tracks.

I’ve parked at KEC several times. Can’t go wrong.

stadium. Expo Center lot? It's huge, probably a hundred acres and goes forever.

Or park at Churchill Downs and walk the mile from there after you've bet on a few races.

There’s a hotel within walking distance, it’s ok, stay there , you’ll be fine.

There is no racing this Saturday so there should be plenty of parking.

If the lots happen to be closed, you can park at the Broadbent arena, exposition center, or Kentucky Kingdom.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.
