Yeah, good point. I don't think the founding fathers ever imagined a DJT coming along or they would have come up with another 346 checks and balances to handle the number of lies he tells in one town hall.

Well, as a moderate republican, I would just say that the open acceptance of blatant lies as the truth and abandonment of any kind of moral principals is what I'm most dismayed about and, I'm sorry, but it pervades into my attitude in my posts. Truly dystopian existence we are in right now and the most depressing thing is, that I don't see any end to this under our current leadership.

You all are right. They impeach Trump knowing the evidences was not there. It was all for show by Pelosi. The Mueller investigation a waste of time and everyone knew it. The Durham investigation got a low level lawyer and that will be the end of that. They have been nothing more than a show and waste of time to get both side fired up.

Well Mueller had all Dem. lawyers on his staff and found nothing. Cross fire hurricane was started way before July of 2016. Like I said nothing will come from either and swamp will go on. Its all a dog and pony show.

Both are definitely big liars (I'm assuming you mean GOP vs. Dems). I'm not sure who lies more; maybe it's just the party in power.
Trump is in his own class. It's already established he's not a Republican. Not in the traditional sense.
He is the biggest liar in the history of the presidency. And again, that's not a criticism of the GOP.
