LSU, Florida, Tennessee and, yes, us among others; then win the SEC championship, then have enough voters across the nation BELIEVE them to be of championship caliber. Should they accomplish the first part of that, more than likely they'll have to get by Bama for the second. The fact that Steve Spurrier is their coach would then probably help them achieve the third. I'm not yet convinced that they have the program to accomplish those feats, so I'll hold judgment until their season progresses. As for FSU...they just may prove to be the real deal, which if CU is out of the mix, would only serve to improve the image of the ACC...which, of course, we may now be permanently affixed. That leads to the question: who does or doesn't care about the ACC's image? Interesting thoughts....

At the beginning of the season I thought it would be Red October. However, now I see how very beatable all of those teams are.
