which was a team that shut him down without a TD.

Saying, KellyB outdid himself with the somewhat unexpected success after DW4 left..

and then the Bama loss due to his inability to hit the needed intermediate & long passes was big in getting him a short rope in the Spring & regular season what with TL gunning for his job with his long vertical passing ability.

IRONIC would be the best word to describe what went down with KB2.

I've said it before.....KB was only one of the offense's shortcomings in the 'Bama game. The blocking was horrific. Receivers (other than Hunter) were terrible. Field position was horrible. Play calling way too conservative. Defense played well enough. This year's squad has many more big time offensive weapons and the defense, I think, is even better. Specialty teams better with Huegel, Potter and Rogers. I like this team's chances to go all the way.
