Does anyone know someone looking for a dog? My wife and daughter are severely allergic and I don't want him to go to a shelter. He's a 5 year old mutt who still likes to play and run around.

There is a Korean restaurant that needs a "night watch"dog, say they will feed it and take real good care of it! How much a pound, I mean, what do you want for it?

Not funny. His name is Dabo and I've had him for 4 years. He's lived with me through 4 jobs and lived with me at 7 different houses. Hes been with me through my wife leaving me, a divorce, and so much more. Not funny.

Contact your local veterinarian. He/she may know someone or some family looking to give a pet a home.
Be patient, it may take a little time. With a name like Dabo, someone in your community should be interested in giving him a home.

Call me crazy, but I'm at the point in my life where I think I enjoy being around dogs more than people. If that dog has been by your side through all that stuff, I'd keep the dog and ditch the wife.

Good partners are hard to find and I have a 6yr old Boykin that loves me more than anything. I couldn't give her up, I would have to build a special room for her and I to separate from wife and kid.
Seriously, have you asked your vet about shampoo's that can reduce allergens substantially. Often it's the dandruffs from pets that are irritants, might be worth a shot before you give up your buddy?

That dog is never going to argue with you, or stop loving you, or leave your side for a newer model. I'd seriously consider keeping the dog and getting rid of the wife and daughter given these key factors. I'll keep an eye out though, throw in some pics though to help out
