that's $50mil exit fee split between the remaining 11 schools = $4.5 mil/school

If GT and UVA leave Monday....
$100 mil split 9 ways = $11.1 mil/school

NCST and VT go to SEC, say during Christmas Break (or any time before Pitt/Syr join) -
$100 mil split 7 ways = $14.2 mil/school

so if FSU and Clemson wait it out, we will have $29.8 mil to put towards our $50mil exit fee.

We'll just need $20 million more to make our number.
I'm liking it.

How much is IPTAY sitting on? Last I heard they had 30 million in the bank.

Surely they could make a donation to the university for such issues as this... surely....

No one is going to actually pay a $50 million exit fee.

and even then I doubt the ACC sees but pennys on the dollar after what appears to be happening happens. If we are still in the ACC by the time all that hits the courts then we might as well drop football anyway.
