Number 3 in the initial rankings hasn't made the CFP.

Since the #3 team in the initial ranking has never made the CFP playoff, would you rather be #4 or #3 so that we can be the first? Although I would love to be #1 or #2, I'll be surprised if it is not LSU and Ohio State.

No undefeated team had ever won the CFP and made it to 15-0 either. Bring it on, Dabo and Co. are all about the firsts!

I also believe the #1 team in the CFP polls leading into the playoffs has never won the Natty...or something along those lines, or maybe it's the #3 team going into the playoff has never won the Natty...will have to go back but it's one of those. Didn't know about the #3 in initial rankings...
