This is going to sound blasphemous since Johnny Football is a god and all, but Johnny Football was not the best quarterback in the nation this year much less the best player. He simply won the Hypesman Trophy.

But he plays in the SEC... (laughable!) He's not even in the top five of the QBR. Funny but I think I might just see a "running" quarterback in here somewhere.

he has a terrible record vs top teams. I know he was 0-10 after coots whipped them.

Based on what I see, I'd take Johnny over any of those five... PLUS he's a freshman.

Have to disagree. I hadn't seen this kid play until last night but he is a true phenom. He is about the loosest, most nonchalant QB I've seen at the position and runs like a deer dodging would be tacklers. He's being compared to Fran Tarkenton but I watched Tarkenton play and this kid is much better at this stage. Yes, he is the best QB I've seen in a long while and I've been around a long while.

I agree for the most part. The difference is that style of play will get you murdered in the NFL. Tajh looks to me with another year under his belt to be the 1st QB selected. Murray is too short and throws A LOT of stupid passes into coverage for INT's regularly. Little Aaron is no Favre or Flutie either.
