Just cooked a pot of chorizo grits

Palmetto stone ground grits cooked in chicken broth and milk. Chopped up chorizo linked cooked into the grits. Healthy slab of butter at serving.

Was on the north side of the north jetty with brother-in-lawof and father-in-lawof
and somebody didn't get us anchored properly. Two minutes into fishing after
catching one flounder took a ride over the jetty. Teeter tottered on top for
what seemed like a minute(probably 10 seconds) then a wave washed us across.
Immediately made the trip back home.
