I just bought tickets to North Carolina game and was wondering about how their parking works? Best way to buy parking pass or does it have shuttle from free parking? Thanks in advance, first time traveling to unc

For some reason I wasn't able to use either the app or website to get parking. I tried at least 20times and kept getting an error message. I called customer service and and he couldn't get it to go through either. He finally said they needed to reset their servers that night and to try again the next day. Well next day same thing. I gave up
