Xavier Thomas is skilled and big but he needs a lot of coaching and his attitude is terrible. He plays like Clowney did his last year at scar. He takes himself out of game with "cramps" and when he does turn it on, he over pursues and causes no havoc. He also talks down to his teammates from what I've seen. I'm not saying we don't want him but he definitely doesn't fit our culture and we will be fine without him.
