New Story: Scott says Irish will present a challenge

Scott says Irish will present a challenge

Clemson fans might not be thrilled with the offensive execution during the Tigers’ 20-17 win at Louisville last Thursday, but Jeff Scott said it was a great road win that showed the potential for 2015. What does Scott say about Notre Dame? What are his thoughts on Wayne Gallman and Jay Guillermo? (Matt Cashore / USATODAY) Full Story »

Great article, as always, David Hood. The beginning of it reminds me how fortunate we are to have Jay Guillermo come back this season. Our coaches do a great job with the personal development of our players, and they obviously were looking out for his best interest by allowing him the freedom to walk away and get right. His story is inspiring and great to hear that he came out of that situation happy with life and content. If he chooses to leave football for good, we might (falcinelli is still young and inexperience) have some real tough times at the C position. If this season goes as well as it could, he will be one of the key figures on our OL.

Thank you, Jay, for coming back! Most importantly, thank God for giving him a good family and giving him people in life that helped him get through a tough time. His influence is going to be great for his teammates.

Go Tigers!

Sep 26, 2015, 12:28 PM

I think, if....

Sep 27, 2015, 12:02 PM [ in reply to lol at people saying "well UVA almost beat them ]

Clemson plays SOUND special teams, doesn't turn the FB over...we win.
say...24-20.

If..
Clemson does the above^ "and" offense has good success. I say it could
be a big win.
34-17

But!
With that said....
I'm stuck some where in the middle.....and say Clemson 28 ND- 20

Hows that?

I hope we show up and show out, it's time we kill a big opponent at home on national TV at prime time! and add it to the grave yard give GameDay a reason to come back

Go Tigers

Gallman appeared tired in 4th quarter - why not use more RBs

Sep 26, 2015, 9:07 PM

Like Georgia has 2 or 3 after Chubb and they use them often? Possibly, we need to displace Davidson at # 2 with Dye?
