Monte Lee's Tigers are winning games, having fun along the way

Monte Lee met his team leaders as they exited the field in the middle of the third inning Sunday, and spent over a minute looking his players in the eyes, holding what looked like a mid-game pep talk. The message was heard loud and clear.

So is golf. The dream is winning all three in the same year (football/golf/baseball). A lot of things have to fall into place in order to win it all in any sport.

It's definitely a possibility, but there's a ways to go. Our schedule is about to get much tougher as well to finish out the year.

What an awesome group of coaches and players - and smart too. Not only in baseball but in class as well. Could not be having any more fun myself just watching this team compete. Been a long time coming to have quality rotation AND smart hitting.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings at all to go 8-3 in our next eleven games. In fact, I think that would be outstanding.
