If we were told back then what would come in the next

few years after that tip toe into the endzone, I don't think we would even have believed it.

If you slow it down, zoom in, and look really close, you'll notice the coot DB hold out five fingers and Scott squash them on his way into the endzone.

That right there was the last coot to get caught holding out five fingers to a Clemson person.

I've been meaning to ask - we seldom run this Jet Sweep play, so is that because we don't really have someone that can do it now? I think DK ran it when he was on O, but I can't remember anyone else trying that these days. Amari should be good at this, but I can't think of anyone else other than maybe somehow using Dixon to do it (which would look odd IMO).

So have we basically taken the jet sweep out of our playbook this year?

Agreed. That just seemed to fade post-Morris. It seemed to get cleared out with the gimmick plays. Rodgers seems so explosive since he came back from injury. I imagine he could do well with that sweep.

Maybe it faded because of evolving defensive schemes that account for it better. Idk, I’d be curious to know why it is gone now though.

Doesn't get much better than this...

That has to be one of the top 5 most athletic moves by an offensive player in Clemson history .

I miss Tay .
