Need advice on SCar game tix

My 17-yr-old son and I are visiting my dad in Easley for T-giving and we want to drive down for the game Saturday (he's never seen a Palmetto Bowl, too bad it's not in the Valley!).

Any advice for getting the best deal on tickets?

What about parking?

Buy them from Stubhub. I'd wait until late next week for the best prices.

Or look here if you would rather deal with a real person. I would still compare prices to Stubhub, but don't forget to include fees on Stubhub prices.

Just buy right outside gate before you walk in you will get lower deck seats for 40.00 or less its to easy not to go and watch this game live

Will they really be that cheap at the gate? I thought they'd hike the price so people looking for tickets last minute end up having to pay more.

I'll be in Columbia but not sure if we're going because my sister doesn't want to pay more than $50 so if they're that cheap at the gate we might be ok.

No, they are not selling them at the "gate". There will be individuals outside the gate trying to get rid of their tickets. Don't buy from someone who looks like a scalper (I can usually tell), but rather than from someone who looks like they are going into the game and has a couple of extra tickets they need to get rid of.

Very true they will hate to sell to a Tiger but atleast they will get a little money in their pockets no chicken people to sell to

You can park for free behind old Carolina Colisseum and catch a bus for $5 lets you out near the Rocket at the fair grounds. If you walk between the buildings and straight through the fair grounds you will avoid most of the dumpsters! Busses pick up there after the game. Will be a wait but not so bad.

for a while holding up two fingers, and only deal with nice people. You'll get in, and probably for a good price if you play it right and have patience. Maybe even $35.
