hot seat. I said no, and only because I don't think we care enough about basketball to go out and try and get someone (and pay them) better. Maybe the new AD wants his own guy though and he will make that commitment. But as long as the fans/alums don't really care, why bother?

Hate to be a rush to judge but there is no way any coach that has watched our team play 5 minutes would ever play Harrison on West for more than one possession. UVA is an ok team but they NEVER score 38 points against anybody.

Had Terry Don Phillips started in January instead of June (when Bobby Robinson retired), Larry Shyatt would have been gone a year earlier - instead of being granted a sham of an extension, due to Robinson not wanting to hire a coach that would serve under him for a total of 2 months.

Shyatt's walking papers were all but assured, and even though he took the team to an NIT birth in a year in which we didn't play a single non-conference game at Littlejohn, TDP did what was long overdue.
