It's a 42' MTI. His buddy that he comes to see has a 32' cat that supposedly will run about 140 mph. Word on the skreet is he's the guy developing all of that property at 187 and 76 in Pendleton.

I haven't been out on Lake Hartwell since the mid 90's. It looks flashier in those pics. I never would see crazy expensive boats back then.

the big boats weren't local. That one with quads comes around a few times a year. Of course, a new Mastercraft is a 6 figure boat now, and you see them everywhere. 15 year boat loans help out with that, I guess.

decent lot costing anywhere from the $100k-$250k range. Looks like some areas are gentrifying, but there are still a lot of trailers and stuff out there. With Greenville growing as fast as it is, it's only a matter of time.
