I want him to stay in some ways, because it's such a dumpster fire. Then again, a new coach might get the coots excited again and hopeful. It's not as fun playing them when the coot fans don't think they have a chance.

I don't think it really matters. The train wreck you describe will take 5 years to repair no matter who the engineer is.
