Moxy Hotel in NO Credit Card Fraud

Nothing like arriving late at your hotel and waking up the next morning to multiple text messages that there are fraudulent charges on a brand new card that has only been used once in your hotel..... ever.......thousands of $. Moxy Hotel. Manager is Shultz from Hogan’s Hero’s. He “knows nothing!” Card canceled and investigation underway by Marriott and Chase. If you are staying at the Moxy, watch your card charges closely

Supposedly a four star hotel. Card has been used twice ....ever. Once to reserve the room and once for $100 hold for “incidentals” here at Moxy. Downtown NO. They were busy last night. Using our card. Racking up charges. Spent hours on the phone trying to stop it and get it straightened out. What a mess.
