All those complaining about medical care in the USA need to understand it is doing a wonderful job of keeping people alive that are actively trying to kill their self. Bill was correct on his show.

Body positivity is code for I think I’ll get a double whopper with cheese super sized and wash it down with a 1/2 gallon of Coke. Mayberry stop and get a dozen donuts as a single serving for dessert.

Countries with universal health care for the most part do not have to deal with that stuff. Americans are fat slobs today and expect a pill to fix their ills.

but seriously, have you ever had the pepperoni pizza at the 7 eleven? I think they unapologetically list 1 slice as having 700 calories. And even though I know the cheese is mostly hydrogenated oil, it is just so satisfying. Kudos to their food engineers.
