McShay and Kiper's "ratings" vs draft picks pan out. They are always full of excuses as to why they were so wrong on so many of the prospects.

The other thing that irritates me is the smug arrogance of both Kiper and McShay. Kiper looks like a used car salesmen, and McShay looks like he is still in college.
