how long is everyone going to allow the coaching staff to continually beat teams that we are way more talented than but lose games we need to win to get the program to the next level

Maybe, but nothing drastic...

People calling for Chad's head are insane. It's not his fault we've been suffering from Oline woes for a long, long time. I think we've addressed that in recruiting. The guys we've recruited like Guillermo and Crowder will contribute. It just takes time for Oline to develop...

Not sure what the right answer at this exact time is though aside from wait and see...

I'm sorry but the same two teams were on the field for both halves ... you can try to blame it on the o line, stoudt or whoever but the bottom line is we just got out coached vs ga

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

I don't really disagree...Chad did call a safe game, but

Sep 13, 2014, 8:37 PM

even if he did make a mistake, I think he may have learned from it. He's got the knowledge and skills, give him time, more weapons like Watson, top notch Olinemen and this offense under his helm could be crazy good...

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Guillermo was a step in the right direction I believe...

Sep 13, 2014, 8:29 PM

Maybe Tyrone will come around soon too...

Yeah, gives them fits every November!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

It's a long time to that game a lot will change..

...

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

We must keep usc defense on the field to beat them this year

Sep 14, 2014, 7:42 AM

Their O-line whipped ugas all night it seemed.

That starts with recruiting. Unfortunately, we don't seem to

put the same emphasis on Line positions as we do the more glamorous skilled positions.

The next step is strength and conditioning. We are lacking here, too, and have been since the 80's.

The final step is training. It appears we are OK here, but are outclassed with regard to physical stature and strength & conditioning.

This problem isn't new, but it's never fixed, yet it is the foundation on which you build a winning team.
