At work and he's talking about fsu is better than last year and Clemson don't have a chance. I told him only time will tell and it's a possibility that we beat fsu this year. We just gotta get to the qb more than we did last year. He said its not gonna happen because they didn't loose any o lineman. And then there was an argument...

Your A.D., " Bad Rad", on July 30th made a statement
that In Oct., the ACC must look at division re-
alignment. Some believe he wants to get Clemson in
one division and Fla. St. in the other. Why ?
An old adage says " He who is in battle slain, will never
ever fight again. He who turns and runs away, may live
to fight another day."
Sounds like Bad Rad thinks that Clemson's chances of
appearing in the ACC championship would be greatly
enhanced if they were in a different div. than FSU.
In other words, run away from the regular season game
and hope to make it to the championship.

in its championship game? Clemson and FSU have proven to be the best. f the ACC, it would be better to have them in the championship. The point of the BCS and now the playoffs is to have the two best playing the national champ. Not sure what point you are making.
The hope would be to play them annually on a more important platform. What's the point of contention?

worry about FSU. Their biggest obstacle, until they play us, is that no University has ever had to defend both the National Championship and the Heisman Trophy. Winning will not be celebrated, it will be expected. And if they don't win BIG, the media will be all over them.

FSU will not win them all this season. Just like Aubarn a few years back the Tigers will give the defending NC that first loss and end the Noles winning streak.

FSU has some distracting internal issues stirring up things (the #askJameis fiasco, their star DB bucking Jimbo's "authority" and going after Jameis and Karlos in practice, suspensions, etc. etc. ) -- and there will most likely be more distractions down there before we play them...so they are definitely vulnerable. They are there own worst enemy..

I remember having a similar conversation with a Clemson fan last year. Something about not beating Clemson at home in 10 years, yada-yada-yada; crowd noise, yada-yada-yada.

Just looking at players and talent, FSU should be better this year than last. I am that we just took the day off last year when we played FSU. Talent wise, the Criminoles are loaded this year.
