A close friend of mine bought it with a partner. My friend did not give any details about why The Chad was selling, but he did state that the same realtor told him that Venables house was also for sale. Is this common practice for coaches that think that they will be making a change? This could be a second home for CM for all I know, I just found it funny that both had homes for sale. The realtor would not say that it was CM's house, but he recognized photos in it of him. The realtor admitted once he pinned him down on it. For all I know, he could have bought another house in another area. Take it for what it's worth.

You guys would know. Thanks for the info. My friend was trying to insinuate that he was leaving. He is not a Clemson fan and was trying to get a rise out of me. now I can go back and let him know. Thanks
