Looking for hotels near stadium

I know I won’t be able to get ones close to the stadium. What areas should I be looking at that are safe and make the commute to the stadium easily accessible? I know there are bad parts of all cities, so maybe if you could tell me what to stay away from, that would help most. Thanks!

well ,we are staying in milipitas about 10 mins from stadium, i sure hope it isn't a bad section.. its also bout 10 mins from san jose airport
Go tigers.. beat Bama..

I found several airbnb’s In San Jose for <$100 per night

I heard there wasn’t even vacancy on the streets, all the good benches were taken

I would advise checking AirBnb. I live About 3 and half hours north of Santa Clara and we found a very nice Air Bnb to house the 8 of us for like $80 a night per person about 6 miles from stadium.
