Looking at the defense next year

Is it me, or do have much better 3-4 personel than 4-3 personel. We have a bunch of big D-Linemen, but we lack an explosive pass rusher. We have a ton of linebackers and no place to put them. A front 7 of:
DE - Crawford / Barnes
NG - Reader / Watkins
DE - Watson / Jarret
OLB - Anthony / Townsend
ILB - Steward / Goodson
ILB - Shuey / Parker
OLB - Jones /Christian
I'm not sure the 3-4 doesn't get our best players on the field. We played some 3 man fronts this year, do you think it continues next season?

We have multiple players who were ranked just as high and who have been here a couple of years and still don’t see the field.
Therefore, I am cautious about these guys coming in and immediately starting much less dominating.
Also remember reading here that Crawford was going to come in and be a beast. I Hardly even noticed him on the field

My hopes for our D next year

First off, we sign Adams, Alexander and at least one of the remaining DE targets,
Of the guys with us now:
SDE-Crawford flips here and is backed by Barnes & Dodd
DT-Watson showed good ability as did Williams and Watkins will be a year older(Adams would step in and play too)
NT-Jarret came on strong as well and Reader will be another year older
BAN-Beasley adds 20 lbs to get to 245 and plays full time, backed by Shaw Lawson and Martin Aiken
SAM-Steward backed by Christian
MIKE-Jones and Shuey
WILL-Anthony and Townsend
CB-Breeland backed by Peters
CB-Jenkins backed by Robinson(Alexander would be nice)
FS-Blanks backed by Smith
SS-Davis or Tankersley and Geohaghen
I think our DL will be strong, and LB's should be. Getting Martin Jenkins back will be big at CB. Blanks will be a star at S
