Looking at the NCST schedule

Oct 6, 2017, 2:10 PM

We will be their only ACC loss , so the game in Nov will replace the FSU game.
You know for the last so Many years the winner wins the Atlantic.

Let's see how well they play on the road first!***

Fsu was a Road game, but I get your point

If we beat NCSU, but lose to FSU, that gets messy (assuming CLEMSON, NCSU, FSU all win their other ACC games).

We would win the ACC due to having won more ranked matchups. I think that VT win would have the computers pick us over either of those 2.

NCSTs loss to USCjr is going to hurt them a lot down the road. If somehow they beat us and go on to win the ACC it might even keep them out of the playoffs

Doesn’t have anything to do with how many ranked teams you beat. Has everything to do with your current ranking.

A lot of football left....

I wouldn't assume too much.
They caught FSU at a good time.
Although their schedule is 'friendly' from here on out.....teams like Wake and Pittsburgh on the road could pose problems for them.
I believe they managed to lose to BC at home last season...so there's that too. They could win all those, but a slip up is not out of the question.

Although it's non-conference...their game @Notre Dame will be interesting.

4 out of their next 5 games are on the road....we are the only home game.....

As for us, we have 2 games in the next 6 days before the open date...time to put it to Wake and Cuse and get to the open date.

Cause after the open date, that 3 game stretch of GT, @NCSU, and FSU will be a tough set of games

It wouldn't surprise me if they lost 3 games

in a row (ND - road, CU - home, and BC - road).

I'm not sold on any team that loses to USuck.
