It's a 4 hour drive from Dillon, SC to Clemson, SC. It's a 5 hour drive from Dillon, SC to Blacksburg, VA. I wouldn't consider Dillon a "local" school to Clemson. Dillon is essentially just as "local" to Clemson as it is Blacksburg.

So he goes to Va Tech? If I were a high school junior or senior I would take as many trips as I could to make up my mind before committing to Clemson.

I don't think Clemson really needs this guy, stats weren't that amazing and we have some good WRs that will be coming in. Doubt he will go to VaTech when he gets up there and its cold and rainy like every day of the year. I'm back in SC this weekend and never want to go back to Blacksburg.
