What is up with us. We let people that grow up Clemson fans or have had family play for Clemson walk over and play for the coots and become stars. If we had a few of these guys it would make us alot better.
Charlie Whithurst/Kaine Whithurst...Coots reported he ran 4.3 in camp 2nd fastest on team.
Andre Ellington/Bruce Ellington ...not much you can do in cousin department
James Davis....Mike Davis...He will be Usuc Starting RB this year
Aaron Kelly,Daquan Bowers, and DeAndre McDaniels reportedly all have family members on the Gamecocks and we only offered 1/3

Unfortunately Hard to say that. Not knowing about mike davis. And Bruce has out played andre both years. Im glad we got the all around best but none have out played the ones from SCAR

Mike Davis's offer was taken off the table if I remember right and I know somebody won't be able to wait to tell me I'm wrong on here. I remember James Davis was highly upset when his offer was taken back. A friend of mine was with a student of his on his recruiting trip at Clemson the same time Mike Davis was there. We didn't need another Mike Bellamy getting into trouble.

I Coached Mike Davis in all star game. He wasnt a troubled child he finished HS top 10 in class

Mike Davis decommited from UF. And 3 weeks later after visiting Usuc and Clem. Both with his brother. He Commited to Gamecocks with these words"Early Playing Time" Must of been a Psych with Marcus Getting hurt

we were after gurley and marshall and other backs and thought we had them and mike davis was not in our plans. when we did not get any of the big time backs we tried late to get back in with him but the coots made a good decision and got him. james was upset we did not want him in the beginning. imo the kid is gonna be a good back. he is a very good student and seems to be a decent person.
