Watching the 2012 peach bowl, crazy the NFL players on both sides but one I didn't realize was on LSU was Odell Beck jr.

The game that started it all. The thing that will always stand out to me is the beating that Tajh took, and how he just kept going and going! Of course we can't forget the superhuman performance of NUK either. This game will always be remembered as one of the greatest of all time in the hearts of the Tiger faithful.

And the LSU defense got beat up too. I seem to recall they were on the field for about 190 plays. :) I do remember them dropping like flies at the end.

watched that with Myfavjr. He had never seen the game before and I would not tell him the outcome. He was so excited at the end. Nuk and Tajh were incredible!!!

year though. Jarvis Landry was on those teams too! Some 2013 LSU stats:

Mettenberger - nearly 3100 yards and over 10 YPA
Beckham - 1150 yards at 19.5 YPC
Landry - 1200 yards at 15.5 YPC
Hill - 1400 yards rushing at 6.9 YPC

Those are ridiculous offensive numbers. Unfortunately for Les Miles, it was the one year during his tenure that LSU didn't have a really good defense.
