Chestnut Hill (where Boston College is located) is also 30 minutes away from Boston, for those of you who still may not know this. :)

Boston’s public transportation system is
called the ‘T’ and it works great. If you go to the game buy a multi day pass and you can use the ‘T’ to get anywhere you want to go, including BC’s stadium which is pretty much at the end of the train line. They will also have trains staged and ready for the return trip back to the city after the game. The ‘T’ is very safe and full of local commuters, that are very helpful and will normally offer you assistance if they see you looking at the map. Boston is a great city and a must do away game trip.
