I have it on extremely reliable authority that Clemson boosters make untraceable cash payments to players families bills, especially utility bills. The players are never involved other than being told "your family won't have to worry about missing your games". This scheme works really well. You don't have to provide any identification to make a payment to any account, all you need is the right account number. Virtually untraceable.

I now buy three cars a year and keep them in my name. I then get my double super secret insider in the football office to tell me who to “loan” them to. Loan is for no more than ten years. It has worked well for the last three years.
