is Xavier Dye someone we would want to come back to coach WR's?
When he took the job at West Virginia last year, a lot of guys said he was a really great coach and he would be a great addition to any staff. The players also had a lot of respect for him and really enjoyed being coached by him.

he makes very good hires. Anyone he gets will do a fine job I suspect. Dont know if he may want more experience the XD but maybe not. Isnt Grisham still a GA or something at Clemson?

IF...If.. Jeff leaves, Dabo has OPTIONS. he can promote richardson, he can promote grishem, he could bring X dye back... he could pull a rabbit out of his hat and go outside.rest easy.

Whoever fills Jeff Scott's shoes, if and when he leaves, the decision to replace was probably made 1-5 years in advance.
Said differently, there is probably a person shadowing most every position coach to take over when said person leaves.

As an analyst, from his head coaching job at Northwestern HS in Rock Hill, with the premise that as soon as someone on the offensive side left, he would move up.

If he leaves he will make sure he leaves the right way. Those guys love Dabo and this program, so when they go Dabo will probably send them off with a bang and his blessings.
