Patience grasshopper. It's only year 3 of Kirby Smart and whether you want to admit it or not elite talent is an important part of the equation when competing for titles. Dabo was able to win it with an elite QB so there's good reason to expect Kirby to win his share. The KANG has the #1 class again this cycle....with only 18 commits! LOL! Dabo's class has 24!

after watching UGA play on Saturday, it was obvious to me that a lot of their highly touted freshman were busts, or just average. I imagine this years class will be more of the same.

after watching UGA play on Saturday, it was obvious to me that a lot of their highly touted freshman were busts, or just average. I imagine this years class will be more of the same.
Kirby played 81 players Saturday. 12 of our 22 starters didn't take a 2nd half snap. The majority of the freshmen class only played a few snaps each.....we shortened the 4th qter with a running clock and only played a 10 minute 4th qter. You must have amazing powers of observation/evaluation to make such a sound judgement.

Wow. A lot of bitterness towards Kirby from Tiger fans. Like it or not, Georgia is the major University in a talent rich state. They are not stuck in a crime ridden inner city. They play in a decent conference. They get a decent coach and they will always recruit well. Personally, I think they attract players that are more “laid back” than Bama or Clemson, and that seems to limit the ceiling for UGA. I never get upset about a player picking UGA. I just think they must not be driven enough to chose Clemson, and both the player and Clemson are better off with them not coming here.

Georgia is one of the most talent rich states. No instate competition. Play in SEC. Willing to do whatever it takes to win.
