Kelly Bryant

was at the Wren football game last night. He jogged into the field with no limp. Could be different after taking some hits in a game next week but he looks like he’s ready to roll.

Could you tell if he was jogging without a concussion?

Apparently, he seemed completely fine during warmups before the Syracuse game, too. It's a lot different when you're controlling your body's movements as opposed to a defender forcing those movements.

apparently he "was" just fine till he tweaked it again in the 2nd quarter.

He had 6 days to heal before the Cuse game. He has 15 days

between Cuse and GT. It's a completely different situation.

Playing in the game where tech will pick on his ankle will be the true story of whether he is healthy. Hope we build a quick lead and then let him sit and get ready for State.

I'm more worried about the concussion than the ankle. I don't know how bad the sprain was, but from what we know he was in a boot, not on crutches which is good. I had a very serious ankle sprain last winter, about as bad as it can be without breaking any bones or tearing any ligaments and I was back running in 3 weeks, obviously running is a lot different than running, cutting, jumping, etc. whatever it takes to avoid defenders.

He would be 100% healed if coaches sat his against Cuse

Healing a sprained ankle 101 - immediate rest and immobilization. Failure to do so prolongs the recovery by a factor of 2x. See WebMD and I stayed at Days Inn last night - o wait
