Joe Burrow accepts cash from Odell Beckham

Oct 22, 2020, 7:01 AM

From the transcript of radio interview.....

""Did Odell give you money?""

Burrow: ""Umm… yeah. I’m not a student-athlete anymore, so I can say yeah.""

That program is dirtier than a corn dog sitting under a heat lamp at the state fair for 10 hours

There is no denying that Joe Burrow had an amazing year

on the field with LSU. Off the field, Joe Burrow showed himself to be an arrogant prick much in line with other arrogant ###### like Odell Beckham.

Just makes you appreciate the type of program Dabo has established at Clemson where humility, accountability, hard work, citizenship, and team come before self and self promotion.

I think I would prefer to lose the NC than for us to be involved in such taint. We will win it again but that smell will follow them for a long, long time.

I don't much like Joe.....

But, at least he was honest. Could have tried to keep up the lie.

True, but he comes clean acknowledging there is no longer a risk to him. Sounds like he only told the truth because it has no adverse consequences for him. Does not sound like he would have been truthful if he were coming back to L$U.

This is why we have no turnover chain or anything of the sort. It's about the team and each other, not YOU!

There is no denying that Joe Burrow had, and continues

to have, one of most punchable faces ever seen on a quarterback. Don't know why, but that arrogant, snarky grin of his makes me wish someone would knock his block off every time I see it.

Yep! He said so right after it happened. I remember many posts on TNet saying Beckham was committing violations on camera for all to see.

I remember seeing him do so, but really thought it wasn't actual cash.

By all accounts, he was barely a student at LSU that semester.
If I recall correctly, all of his classes were online.
