I've never been a big fan of the jumbo package

I would be curious to see the success rate we've had with it. It seems like it fails more than it works.
I have more faith in ETN's ability to find the hole and burst through than XT running over a LB.

Your gonna need to be a little more specific about exactly which jumbo package of which your speaking? Do you prefer CW42’s, Big Dex’s or XT’s jumbo package?

Honestly, it should be a sure thing for a yard every time ... but we seem to be a bit out of sync on many attempts.

The first time we ran it was against Auburn in the 2016 opener. Dig Dex and CW42 lined up in the diamond formation to block for Gallman and made a massive hole for Wayne to run thru for an easy td. Then we ran it again the next week against a cupcake out of the same formation, and it was a pass to CW42 for a td. I don’t think we ran it again that year.
The next time we broke it out we had big dex and CW42 in the I and i think it worked every time we ran it except on on third and goal against the coots last year. But we ran it again of fourth and goal, a toss sweep to CW42, for a td.
So to answer your question, it’s worked almost every time. But I see your point. I trust ETN to punch it in more than a d lineman. But it’s fun for them and brings excitement to the team so what the ####.

When a team uses the jumbo package and a D-lineman actually runs the ball, it is a sign of disrespect to the opponent. It shows they are so confident of winning that giving a gift to a lineman is more important than anything else.
