I don't know if that's the case or if Texas is simply a better team. The issue for Georgia fans (and other SEC apologists) is that you can't make that argument and then also continue to whine that Georgia deserved a shot at the National Championship by awarding them a spot in the CFP. Georgia demonstrated last night that either they weren't talented enough (I think they demonstrated that in Baton Rouge... but I digress), or they lacked the character and mental toughness to prepare and execute against a good team in a big game.

In either case, they most certainly were not "deserving" of making the CFP this year.

They think they're entitled - they always have.
