Just had a mentally handicapped computer voice call me and tell me my family and I have been committing irs fraud. Apparently they have tried to call me multiple times and were unable to reach me. Thankfully there is a number I can call in Gary, IN. Hopefully I can settle it by sending a few thousand dollars in the mail. But if not, I’ll be in touch once I get my internet set up In the big house. Go Tigers!

No joke though, my brother works with a guy who got one of those calls about a month ago and he was convinced it was the IRS. He was all worried and stressed out. My brother got a couple minutes of it on video. There were several people standing there trying to convince him it was a fraud but it took them 30 minutes or so before he finally hung up. It was an Indian guy on the phone and this guy was ready to give him his debit card number to make a payment. It was quite hilarious watching this guy pace around and stressed out for no reason.

If those Nigerian funds don't get transferred before you have to pay the IRS I should be able to help. I just bought $10,000 worth of this new cryptocurrency that promises 10% returns every day. Hopefully that's compounded daily. I tried to ask after I deposited my money but haven't heard back yet. I'm sure they'll let me know soon.

True story, I used to coach girls high school basketball. We had stopped at a Wendy's on the way back from a game and one of my players got a call from her dad wanting to make sure she was OK. He had just received a call from his mother, my players grandmother, saying that her granddaughter had called her from Honduras and had been arrested on trumped up drug charges. They wanted $2,500 to release her. The woman actually gave them access to her bank account and they took over 10k. She said the girl on the phone sounded like her granddaughter but it was a bad connection.
I don't know why it didn't cross her mind that her 16 year old granddaughter probably wouldn't have been in Honduras during the school year.
