and came down the hill and hit the ledge and catapulted over the goal post spotting a perfect landing after a triple summersalt(new lingo)!

Just have him calmy walk to the sideline while the team runs down the hill. They could even have someone else dressed in a number 4 jersey (without pads) come down the hill.

When we get the ball he jogs out on the field. Surprise!!!!!

Nah, he walks out of the tunnel in crutches while the team runs down the hill. He has a large superman hoodie over his jersey. Then, when we get the ball. He rips off the hoodie, drops the crutches and runs out onto the field and leads the team to victory.

How about he drives off from the top of the hill on an ATV, jumps at the flat spot and flat lands on the Tiger Paw in the center of the field surrounded by the team...
