I would not necessarily be against programs that allow incentives for people who will work and engage with such programs. We already have many of these.
I am totally against just throwing out money, cause most of the time, when that money is gone, there is nothing to show for it and the recipient is still in the same position they were in before.

If you buy things, you pay some form of tax. Even if you pay nothing in federal income because you make hardly anything, you still have other taxes taken out. Nothing is created from thin air. hth.
My point was more about how there are a lot of black people who became richer in America than they could have anywhere else in the world. I'm just not sure paying them all that money is a great plan. Idk. Maybe the solution is fixing the areas that have high levels of poor black people and terrible schools/tons of violence? Just a thought.
