Is there a chance Clemson-OSU play in ATL?

If the final 4 remains (1-4) Alabama-Washington and (2-3) Clemson-OSU, would the playoff committee not consider the fact we just played in Arizona last January? Consider Washington is a West coast team and Clemson is a East coast team?
It would make the most sense geographically, and probably financially, to have Washington Bama play in AZ and Clemson OSU to play in ATL.
Or will the playoff committee only look at this situation to benefit the number 1 seed?

this is probably why Washington will play Bama in ATL

(if they win this weekend)
because whoever winds up the 2 seed in AZ could be viewed as "disadvantaged" if Wash was #3, being in a west coast/PAC12 area. Thereby, Wash gets sent to ATL and Clemson/OSU/PSU/whoever would play a relatively neutral game in AZ.

Columbus to Atlanta is only 565.
I mean we are around 1,900 from Phoenix not all that closer than Washington.
People in the east don't realize how crazy big the western states are

#### I want to go back to Arizona so badly. I went all out last year and don't know if i will be able to afford another trip out there. I wouldn't miss the natty for anything but going back to Arizona is going to be tough. And i have a few friends in the same boat, Def going to Tampa but not going to go to AZ for financial reasons.

Number 1 seed chooses which of the two locations to play their game in.

Wrong.

Yes. If UF beats Bama, Clemson and UW win and the rankings end up:
1. Clemson 2. Bama 3. UW 4. OSU

OSU is #2. They aren't falling below UW.
We will not play OSU in Atlanta.

The committee could keep OSU in but drop them to 4 for not winning the conference. Especially if Wisconsin beats Penn State. They dropped TCU out last year for not playing in a conference championship. If Florida and Wisconsin both win and Washington beats Colorado it could end up: Clemson Bama Washington OSU
