That depends on if he is looking to transfer to another SEC school or not.

Yes.

His lawyers approach to his case for the NCAA is to push the idea that Kirby "Smart" showed a complete lack of sanity by going for the 4th & 11. By showing a good reason for lack of faith in his supervisor, Fields will be given a "do over" and will be reclassified as a true freshman in the 2019 class. This will effectively make him the #1 QB for two years in a row.
