As fantastic as recruiting has been, I'd really like to see us offer a stud kicker and not just a walkon.

I think so too. His father punted for us back in the day. He comes from a good family, his mother and father were tigers.

We had a kicker visit for maybe the Louisville game but I have not heard anything about him so nothing panned out I guess.

I know for 2018, BT Potter, from South Pointe (same school as Derion Kendrick) has been offered a preferred walkon spot, but no scholarship will be offered to a kicker with only taking 13-14 in 2018 as well.

We've decided that we'll just get first downs or TDs within the first 3 downs thus eliminating the need for a kicker. Also we will now go for two on all PATs
