Interesting add-on to "outside forces" arguments

May 31, 2020, 2:36 PM

Definitely looks like white supremacists down in the CNN building attack down in the ATL. And there's an earlier thread in here where somebody got a known Antifa agitator on video paying off some local black kids to do...something, and I doubt it was to go buy Wendy's.

Pot-stirring is nothing new, but it's fascinating how many agitators definitely look to be seizing their opportunity to jump in and throw kerosene on the smoldering fire.

Follow-up...

You actually have to click direct on Fernando Alfonso's twitter feed to see the video, but if you look at the attack on the CNN building you can see the guys in the front ranks are all white guys, all masked, many of them filming, and almost all the guys at the forefront throwing bricks through the windows are also white.

They are not (remotely) the crunchy-granola types you associate with Antifa, either...though there is very little doubt Antifa had their hand in a lot of the other attacks.

Those guys are almost certainly the "accelerationists" described in the article. I hadn't heard that exact term before but I've done enough dives into the likes of 4chan and 8chan over the years to know that there is an almost Apocalyptic the-world-must-die ethos to a lot of neo-Nazi groups...and a lot of them view Charlie Manson's "Helter Skelter" murders as the blueprint on how to get there.

Lotta real nice folks coming out of the woodwork, whatever. So...stay safe and stay sane, folks. Crazy times.

Actually, "Umbrella Man" is a St. Paul, MN. cop. He was recognized by his ex-wife. She said that is actually her mask that he's wearing. And the umbrella he carries is to block cameras that sit at a height.
