The ACC, while it doesn't have 2-3 teams at the top that are nearly as good as the Big 12's top 3 or SEC's top 2, is the toughest conference from top to bottom, regardless of what the KoolAid drinkers say - they are mainly looking at the national title contenders and ignoring the middle to bottom of each conference. Evidence of this is in the strength ratings. The bottom half to three-fourths of the conference is stronger than any other conference. Records against other conferences all support this as well...7-4 vs. SEC, 3-0 vs. Big 12, for example.

lets give props to collegefootballnews.com for picking us in eagle bank thriller vs big navy. Don't forget that we had to beat usc to be bowl eligible. Therefore they obviously thought we would beat usc and then go to the eagle bank bowl. Talk about out of touch!
