Bad stadium design almost guarantees empty seats up there

If you could leave general admission and migrate up to those seats a lot of people would choose to do it, but you can’t get to those seats without a specific upper deck ticket. There is no way to get up there from inside the stadium.

The corners of the upper decks are lousy seats to begin with, but many people with GG tix would go up there if the could.
